A gift of support to our school

On 6th June 2023, Northeastern College was donated 34 fans to improve the comfort of students and staff, enhancing the learning environment.

65th Banner

North Eastern College (NEC) will celebrate its 65th anniversary starting May 09, 2026. To kick off the festivities, a banner sponsored by the North East Regional Archery Club was installed on February 27, 2026. A banner competition held among students resulted in Joshua Caldon winning.

Bingo

On May 31st, 2026, North Eastern College successfully hosted its inaugural Bingo event, marking a key milestone leading to the 65th Anniversary celebration in 2027. With tickets priced at $150 and strong support from local businesses, sponsors, teachers, students, and alumni, the event was a resounding success. The college extends gratitude to all contributors for their participation, which enhanced community bonds.

A gift of support to our school

NECAA donated a wheelchair for children who fainted or collapsed at school, led by Bernadine Carter with support from Principal Maxwell, Vice Principal Mrs. Santokee-Bidasie, Mervyn Richardson, and other staff members.

At Northeastern College Capsules were buried to commemorate its 25th; 40th and 50th anniversary. These pictures depict the commemorative ' burying the capsule' ceremony for the 65th. Anniversary of the school.

NEC Alumni Meet & Greet

On June 18th, alumni gathered at the White House in Manuel Congo, Arima for a vibrant Cooler Meet & Greet hosted by Lue-Ann and Brent. With entertainment provided by DJ Ray Wight, Nigel Rojas, and Chris Rojas, attendees enjoyed nostalgic music. Newly inducted Principal Ms. Lisette Khan attended and delivered greetings from the school. The event showcased NEC pride as former students connected across generations. Gratitude was expressed to all attendees, coordinators, and Wesley for his venue.
